Cancelation & Refund Policy

Launch Notary Services respects your time and is dedicated to delivering efficient and dependable online notary services. To facilitate seamless operations and serve our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and refund policy.

Appointment Deposit

A $25 deposit is required to secure your notary appointment, which will be added to the total cost upon completion. The deposit can be paid at booking, confirming your appointment once received.

Notification of Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows

A "no show" occurs when the signer misses a scheduled appointment without notice or cancels within less than 24 hours. The deposit will be forfeited for the first no-show or late cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we will remind you of the missed appointment and offer a chance to reschedule.
